Brown rice bread

Combine these and stir with a fork:
2 1/2 cups Brown Rice flour
2/3 cup corn starch
2/3 cup dry milk powder
1 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
1 1/2 tsp guar gum
1 heaping Tbsp Psyllium
1 tsp salt

Combine these:
1 3/4 cups warm water
1 pkt (2 1/4 tsp) yeast
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 large eggs (beaten)

Add wet into dry and beat with a mixer (use paddle on stand mixer, otherwise the standard beaters) on med-high for about 5 minutes.
Bake at 350 for approximately 50 minutes.

Also works in my bread machine, but I have to keep scraping down the bowl.
